RESOLUTIONS
New Years Day is often associated with making “resolutions”.
Resolutions (or resolve) generally originate with a “purpose”
Resolutions generally involve an act of the will.
In most all the books of the bible, when you read “I will”, it is God speaking, declaring what He will do. However, in the Psalms, we read the words of the psalmists regarding what they will do. It is to the Psalms then that we will look to glean some ideas for legitimate resolutions that we should consider making, and there is no time like the present to start something new.
